Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe residential areas for unusual conditions, reporting concerns and incidents according to site-specific procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and communicate with appropriate personnel as needed.;
Document patrols, observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns in required reports and logs
