Greet guests and provide friendly assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience;

Monitor Target's video surveillance system and conduct merchandise receipts checks to prevent theft;
Assist with theft prevention, loss prevention duties, and deter shortages per AP policies;
Maintain safety and security standards throughout the store, including exterior property; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds as needed
