Full time position available

We are seeking aprofessional, proactive individual that is self-motivated and confident inmaking independent decisions and assisting in ensuring the safety of allguests, owners and team members.

The security agent will identify and report incidents on and around the property. The security agent will work closely with all departments to ensure the safety of employees and guests.

• Overnight Shift - 11PM - 7AM

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to -

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
• Call for assistance when needed(police, Ems, fire department, etc.)
• Completes incident reports to document all Loss Prevention related incidents
• Maintains confidentiality ofall Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; releases information only to authorized individuals.
• Performs periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds protecting property from theft,embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents. Good understanding of emergency systems and alarm systems.
• Maintains inspection report sand records, advises management of deficiencies
• Provides outstanding guest/owner service at all times including answering general inquiries,providing directions, delivering packages/amenities
• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the resort to observe and identify. Potential security andsafety risks or undesirable conditions.
• Other requests of management tohelp co-workers with their job duties

Requirements -

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• CPR or First Aid certified,preferred
• Previous experience preferred
• Effective Communicator
• Must be able to walk 8hours
• Must have a Valid SC Driver'sLicense
