Pay: $35,360–$45,000+ per year (Base + Bonuses + Commissions)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | No Nights | No Sundays

We are hiring a Tile & Grout Technician / Floor Restoration Technician to join our professional team. You will receive paid, hands-on training and work directly with customers to deliver high-quality restoration services.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in maintenance, handyman services, flooring, construction, or home services — or anyone motivated to learn a skilled trade.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Clean, restore, and seal tile, grout, and stone surfaces
• Perform minor repairs, caulking, and color sealing
• Operate professional cleaning and restoration equipment
• Provide excellent customer service in residential and commercial settings
• Maintain company vehicle and tools
• Follow safety and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Required:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet

Preferred (We Provide Training):

• Experience in tile, grout, flooring, handyman, maintenance, or construction
• Caulking and minor tile repair experience
• Stone polishing, honing, or restoration experience
• Residential or commercial service background
• Primarily residential projects
• Some commercial projects
• Team-oriented, supportive environment
