We are seeking to hire an experienced, hardworking, Maintenance team member to join a small rental community in Myrtle Beach, SC! Applicants must be willing to work Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm as well as be on call as needed. You will share the responsibility with other maintenance staff. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and working knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Job responsibilities will include service requests, maintaining community grounds, apartment turns, building maintenance, plumbing, electrical and a clear understanding of Fair Housing. We need a strong team player who is willing to perform and communicate efficiently to ensure a positive environment and resident satisfaction.

- Must have own tools
- Must adapt well to flexible work schedule, including some evening and weekend hours
- Available to handle rotating on-call emergency services.
- Must be willing to submit to drug test as well as criminal & credit background checks if requested
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
- EPA certification (Preferred but not necessary)
- HVAC certification (Preferred but not necessary)
- CPO certification (Preferred but not necessary)
- Ability to complete make ready vacant units.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take direction from the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
