CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a maintenance technician to support 5-6 retail stores in the Myrtle Beach area. You will troubleshoot, repair, and preventively maintain commercial RTUs and split systems, plus general maintenance such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.
A company vehicle, gas card, tools, iPad, and iPhone are provided. Responsibilities include daily work order management, materials estimation, CMMS use, and coordinating with contractors.
