Reconstruction Technician
The Reconstruction Technician will assist in the repairs of homes damaged by fire and water damage. You will be paired with an experienced team member who will guide you through the process. Tasks include the following: rough and finish carpentry, drywall, paint, insulation, basic plumbing and electrical. You will also be trained in basics of water and fire mitigation so you can assist, when needed, the mitigation teams.

Position requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is ideal but not required
Skills/physical demands/competencies:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
