HII Newport News Shipbuilding seeks a 2nd shift Mechanic/ Pipefitter to install, modify and repair piping systems and equipment at Goose Creek, SC. The role uses drawings, blueprints, and sketches to plan routing, placement, pitch, and elevations to ensure leak-free, properly pressurized systems.
Must have a HS diploma (or equivalent) with relevant experience or an Apprenticeship/Associate's degree with related experience. Relocation is not offered; telework is not eligible.
