Sterling Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Enclave at Bailes Ridge in Indian Land, SC. You will maintain property systems, diagnose issues, and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other trades, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities include a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with on-call duty. Valid driver’s license is mandatory, and prior apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
