Glazier (Commercial Glass Installation)
Location: North Charleston, SC (relocation assistance provided)
Pay: $24-$35/hour (DOE) + Overtime + Benefits

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Glass Technician who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working on everything from storefront systems to curtain wall installations. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of commercial construction projects including office buildings, healthcare facilities, schools, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Install storefront, curtain wall, window wall, and commercial glass systems.
- Set and glaze insulated glass units, tempered glass, laminated glass, mirrors, and specialty glass.
- Install aluminum framing, entrances, doors, hardware, and related architectural systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation details.
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble aluminum framing systems.
- Safely unload, transport, and handle glass materials.
- Perform layout and field measurements to ensure accurate installation.
- Seal, waterproof, and finish installations using industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and communicate solutions with project leadership.
- Maintain OSHA safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Work closely with project managers, foremen, and field crews to complete projects on schedule.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of commercial glazing experience preferred.
- Experience installing storefront and curtain wall systems required.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with aluminum framing systems and commercial door hardware.
- Experience using glazing hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project sites.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
