What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous maintenance experience (multifamily/apartment maintenance preferred)
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, or building systems
  • EPA Certification and CPO strongly preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls/on-call rotation
  • Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete maintenance service requests efficiently and thoroughly
  • Maintain buildings, common areas, grounds, and amenities
  • Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (unit turns/make-readies)
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
  • Respond to emergency repairs, including after-hours maintenance needs
  • Maintain property safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Monitor and manage maintenance supplies and inventory
