Estes Handyman LLC is looking for a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our swing shift team in Myrtle Beach, SC! • Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across assigned properties or facilities
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential problems before they escape
• Complete carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related minor repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
• Document completed work orders and report any major issues to management
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely

• Prior experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related trade
• Ability to work swing shift hours on a part-time schedule
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, and standing
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
