Volunteer Coordinator – Hospice

We are seeking a strong candidate to fill our Volunteer Coordinator role servicing our patients throughout the Grand strand area The Volunteer Coordinator serves as a strategic leader responsible for developing implementing and sustaining a patient centered volunteer and philanthropic program within the region This role focuses on addressing non clinical drivers of health by mobilizing volunteers community partnerships and financial resources to support patients and caregivers The Volunteer Coordinator works in close collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure volunteer services and foundation resources directly enhance patient outcomes improve care experiences and reduce avoidable healthcare utilization You must have reliable transportation as travel is required daily This is a full time salary based working 8 hr shifts Monday Friday 8am 5pm
