- Monitor client adherence to schedule and facility guidelines.
- Report community activity to Nurse Supervisor and be responsible for documenting any unusual activity or behaviors.
- You will work, under direction of Nurse Supervisor, as part of team to maintain and promote therapeutic environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or needed

- High School Diploma/GED.
- Current certification as Nursing Assistant.
- Valid drivers license with good driving record.
If invited to interview, please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you.
Preferred Qualifications- Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
