We’re building a massive internal low‑code platform that powers how our entire company operates. The team is small, fast‑moving, and focused on creating new capabilities rather than maintaining legacy code.

• Build and evolve a drag‑and‑drop app builder used across the company
• Collaborate on and shape frontend architecture decisions (React / Next.js)
• Implement highly interactive, state‑heavy UIs
• Create component systems that non‑developers can configure and use
• Balance performance, usability, and flexibility in a complex environment

• Comfortable working in a flexible, evolving environment
• Can figure things out without a playbook
• Ready to take responsibility and influence product direction
• Adaptable to shifting priorities and changing structure
• Abstract thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Desire for a long‑term career in a dynamic company

• React / Next.js experience, including deployment
• Type Script with strong type understanding
• Modern CSS (Tailwind and/or MUI)
• State management and data flow in complex applications

• Ability to design dense interfaces that remain usable
• Consideration of real user interactions and trade‑offs
• Comfort in shaping UX, not just implementing it

• Small, startup‑like team embedded in a global organization
• Fast orientation to new priorities; ownership of product decisions
• Not a traditional maintenance role; focus on building new features

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Portfolio or Git account demonstrating built projects
• Strong performance mindset
