Junior Frontend Engineer

Summary

We’re a small team inside Trans Perfect building a massive internal low‑code platform that powers our entire company. You will be developing key features for a drag‑and‑drop app builder used company‑wide.

• Build and evolve the drag‑and‑drop app builder used across the company.
• Collaborate on frontend architecture decisions (React / Next.js).
• Implement highly interactive, state‑heavy UIs.
• Create component systems that non‑developers can configure and use.
• Balance performance, usability, and flexibility in a complex environment.

• React / Next.js experience – built and deployed projects.
• Type Script – understand the why of types.
• Modern CSS – experience with Tailwind and/or MUI.
• State management – understand data flow through complex applications.

We need engineers who care about UX, not just functionality. You should be able to design dense interfaces that remain usable, think about how users interact with systems, understand trade‑offs between flexibility and clarity, and be comfortable shaping UX rather than just implementing it.

• Comfortable when things are messy and can figure things out without a playbook.
• Can handle shifting priorities and evolving structure without panicking.
• Can think abstractly and has a desire for career growth.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio / Git Hub that demonstrates built projects.
• Strong performance mindset.
• Ability to function effectively without AI tools (expected).
