• Lead and support the daily operations of our aquatics facilities
• Supervise lifeguards and staff while building a positive, team-first culture
• Help train, coach, and schedule aquatics team members
• Conduct staff training in water safety, first aid, and CPR
• Stay rescue-ready and respond quickly to aquatic emergencies
• Perform safety inspections to ensure a clean, safe environment for guests
• Support aquatics programs, special events, and daily activities
• Assist with pool maintenance and facility upkeep
• Deliver outstanding guest service with every interaction
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude across departments

• Strong leadership skills and confidence in supervising others
