Independent Contractor (1099)

North Myrtle Beach, SC

Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm (1 Route per day)

Weekly Settlement Compensation | Flat rate for routes + additional income from dedicated on-demand deliveries

This contract will have a number of guaranteed (dedicated) routes and will require drivers to remain in the designated areas from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm to assist with on-demand orders when not completing the dedicated routes. Drivers receive a flat rate payment for the dedicated routes, with the potential to earn additional income from dedicated on-demand deliveries.

• Be available and ready to respond to on-demand medical deliveries during scheduled hours
• Safely transport sensitive medical materials between hospitals, emergency rooms, and other medical facilities
• Provide outstanding customer service and uphold our commitment to excellence

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable car, van, or SUV with 100/300/50 insurance coverage limits
• Willingness to undergo background check, MVR review, and drug screening
• Availability to remain in the designated service area during shift hours
• Ability to download and operate multiple mobile apps

All independent contractors are paid via the Open Force platform. As part of this process,
weekly settlements will be subject to applicable fees
. This may include a System Resource Subscription fee, a Gill Logistics administrative fee, and an Occupational Accident Insurance premium (if elected) — unless you or your business entity already carries comparable workers' compensation coverage. Full details will be provided during the final steps of onboarding and contract review.
