Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a steady weekday schedule and a team that values safety and reliability? We’re hiring Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced steel distribution and warehouse environment in Lancaster.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, operating equipment, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly.

• Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to move steel materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Transport materials to staging, storage, and production areas
• Support shipping and receiving by verifying orders and organizing inventory
• Keep materials properly labeled, stored, and easy to locate
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Experience operating a stand-up forklift (required)
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Frequent lifting and moving materials
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

• $19.00/hr with consistent full-time hours
