Role DescriptionThe Client Services Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role. This position supports the firm’s two advisors by serving as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and processing client paperwork, maintaining accurate client records, coordinating account openings and transfers, and assisting with routine office administration. The coordinator will manage incoming calls and emails, support the preparation of client reports and meeting materials, and help ensure a professional, welcoming experience for each client.
Qualifications- Strong Client Service skills, with a focus on building positive, professional relationships.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, professional email writing, and attentive listening.
- Proficiency with scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and records management.
- Competence with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and aptitude to learn financial planning and portfolio management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professional ethics.
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or a client-facing professional environment is beneficial.
