Mystic Aquarium is seeking a Reservations & Group Sales Specialist in Mystic, CT. The role coordinates animal encounters, educational programs, and group visits, handling reservations, admissions, and program sales while delivering excellent guest service from inquiry to completion.
You will work with Education, Guest Services, and Operations to schedule programs, prepare materials, and ensure seamless guest experiences, including handling schedules, waivers, and confirmations.
