Financial Consultant
The Role
You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience to our clients and driving the long-term success of our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Financial Advisors across both teams in managing and growing relationships with multigenerational families
- Preparing financial planning analyses, account documentation, and client meeting materials
- Coordinating onboarding and service for new and existing accounts, ensuring operational excellence
- Assisting with the implementation of portfolio strategies and wealth planning initiatives
- Managing client communications, scheduling, and proactive follow-up
- Utilizing firm technology to streamline processes and respond quickly to client and advisor requests
- Providing excellent telephone and written communication, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional service
- 1+ year of industry experience preferred;
Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) registration a plus - Strong ethical standards, high attention to detail, and a client-first mindset
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Organized and proactive, able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Interest in advanced financial planning, wealth transfer, and family governance
- Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a high-performing team environment
- Ideally located within about 40 minutes of Mystic, Connecticut, or willing to relocate to support close collaboration with our team and clients
