The Controller, working in a hybrid environment in Mystic CT, will oversee financial operations of various subsidiaries. In addition to the standard responsibilities of a Controller to ensure the financial health of the Company, compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and alignment with strategic objectives., we expect the Controller to manage cash flow and prepare actionable data and forecasts to allow for proactive decision-making.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in public or private accounting with demonstrated leadership in a Senior Accountant or Controller role
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software and Procore project management software
• Construction industry experience
• Proven track record improving processes, internal controls, and systems
• Exposure to international subsidiaries
• Communication and collaboration skills will be critical in helping establish a culture of high performance with exceptional service level support for our field operations teams
• Excel in all the necessary technical, analytical and soft skills to be successful as a Controller with a hunger to assume additional responsibilities
