The Ocean Community YMCA Naik Family Branch located in Mystic, CT is seeking a reliable and motivated Part‑Time Maintenance Staff Member to help ensure our facility is clean, safe, and welcoming for members and staff. • Hours:
  
  M-F 1pm-8pm
• Part‑time, non‑exempt
• Salary range: $/hr

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
• Light maintenance tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restocking supplies
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor spaces
• Support facility operations and respond to maintenance needs as they arise

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior custodial or maintenance experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Must be dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
