Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs
) to join our exceptional clinical team in NEW LONDON COUNTY, CT

About the Role
As an Affirmed LPN
, you’ll deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in the comfort of their homes. Our cases allow you to focus entirely on your patient—without the fast-paced demands of a facility setting.

- Minimum 1 year of recentnursing experience (acute careor home care strongly preferred)
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
