Senior store supervisor

Arisu is a high-energy specialty retail store focused on anime, manga, collectibles, blind boxes, figures, and pop culture merchandise. Our stores are fast-paced, product-dense, and community-driven. We are hiring a Senior Supervisor to serve as the leader responsible for directing the team, maintaining operational control, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

This is a collaborative leadership role. Inventory accuracy, shipment processing, damages, and shrink control are shared responsibilities across the leadership team.

The Senior Supervisor is expected to actively oversee and support these processes — not defer them.

• Direct and position associates and key holders during your shift
• Set expectations clearly and hold the team accountable
• Delegate responsibilities intentionally and follow through
• Address performance gaps immediately and professionally

• Oversee merchandising, restocking, and recovery
• Maintain awareness of high-value and high-shrink product
• Identify and resolve issues before they escalated
• Ensure smooth openings, peak traffic flow, and closings
• Oversee shipment processing, damages reporting, and stock organization
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Actively monitor and minimize loss and shrink
• Coach selling behaviors in real time
• Handle escalated customer situations professionally

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership presence and confidence
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Comfortable having tough conversations
• Strong situational awareness in busy environments
• Weekend and evening availability
• Experience in anime, collectibles, or specialty retail is a plus — but leadership ability is essential.

$22 per hour
