Join the Meridian Program by Provalus as a Team Operations Coordinator supporting one of our Provalus Labs on campus at Stephen

F. Austin State University (SFASU) or Arkansas State University (ASU). This role helps create the structure, rhythm, and follow-through needed to support Meridian Program interns, maintain strong university and partner relationships, and keep program priorities moving forward. We’re looking for a dependable, highly organized professional to coordinate day-to-day operations, support intern recruiting and tracking, manage onboarding and offboarding requirements, assist with intern evaluations, help prepare graduates for potential full-time opportunities, and help leadership stay focused on deadlines, decisions, and next steps.

Key Responsibilities Team Operations and Workflow Coordination
  • Coordinate the operating rhythm for the Meridian Program by managing calendars, meetings, agendas, reminders, logistics, and follow-up items.
  • Maintain visibility into program priorities, recruiting needs, intern progress, deadlines, onboarding requirements, offboarding steps, and partner commitments.
  • Serve as a central coordination point for Meridian Program interns, university contacts, Provalus team members, and partner-related administrative needs.
Intern Program Operations
  • Support the recruiting process for new Meridian Program interns by tracking candidate activity, scheduling interviews or meetings, coordinating communications, and helping leadership stay on top of recruiting priorities.
  • Coordinate intern onboarding and offboarding activities, including forms, access requests, documentation, program requirements, orientation support, and completion tracking.
  • Maintain organized records for current interns, including evaluations, attendance or participation details, progress updates, requirements, and readiness for potential full-time roles.
University and Partner Relationship Support
  • Help maintain strong working relationships with SFASU, ASU, and other university contacts by coordinating communications, meetings, requests, and follow-up items.
  • Support collaboration with Provalus partners by ensuring requirements, timelines, documentation, and administrative needs are tracked and completed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, university stakeholders, and partners to ensure interns have the information, support, and next steps needed to succeed in the program.
Additional Duties
  • Track and organize intern evaluations, feedback, completion requirements, graduation readiness, and potential full-time placement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain simple systems that make recruiting activity, intern status, university contacts, partner requirements, and program follow-up easy to find and manage.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including scheduling, filing, data entry, document preparation, reporting, expense coordination, purchasing support, and other routine office needs.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, administration, operations, human resources, education, student services, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1+ years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, team coordination, higher education support, student services, recruiting coordination, program support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to coordinate professionally with interns, university contacts, partners, and internal teams.
  • Comfort using standard office tools, calendars, email, spreadsheets, and shared documents to organize information, track requirements, and monitor progress.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, maintain confidentiality, and help keep leadership, interns, and program partners organized and on track.
