The Training Coordinator facilitates the Training Manager in scheduling and running Corporate Training Events.

Candidates should express outgoing positive attitude; strong organization and communication skills; ability to self-motivate; desire to learn; ability to travel, and exhibit professional behavior.

Job Responsibilities
  • Learn programs, processes, and procedures.
  • Instruct on all relevant programs, processes, and procedures.
  • Must be comfortable with training several people up to classroom sized events.
  • Schedules Corporate Training Events which include: booking hotels; or any other task requested by the Training Manager.
  • Prepares agendas/training schedules with appropriate topics and presenters.
  • Travels, Instructs, and assist attendees at Corporate Training Events and Store Upgrade Trips.
  • Schedule, conduct, and guide zoom/phone meetings.
  • Train stores on prep items and programs for store upgrades.
  • Input, track, and adjust data for all Training Events and Store Upgrades.
  • Assists the Leadership Development Supervisor with EPEC Program.
  • Creates, Updates, and Maintains employee onboarding resources.
Qualifications

Job Requirements, Experience, and Skills

  • ​Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Communication, Corporate Education, Human Resources, or Teaching are preferred.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Training, Teaching, or Management preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Experience in public speaking and or presentations.
  • Be willing to work with a team and be a team player.
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal communications.
  • Strong Leadership skills in mentoring, motivating, and developing employees.
  • Willingness to learn and be a self-motivator.
  • Ability to set self-goals that are obtainable in a select period of time.
  • Work 40-45 hours per week during regular office hours.
  • Ability to sit for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to stand for up to 3 hours for training events.
  • Be willing to travel several times a month for 2-5 days at a time by car or plane.
