Overview
TNAA Total Med Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Responsibilities- Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting.
- Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy technicians.
- Bill within the respective setting following facility guidelines.
- Understand and comply with the physical therapy board's rules and regulations for the respective state.
- Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care.
- Understand adaptive equipment and apply it as appropriate.
- Evaluate and modify the plan of care as indicated by the patient's condition.
- Use medical center computer systems to perform daily tasks.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.
- Must have 6 months of experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods; able to bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
- Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
Total Med Allied Job . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Posted job title:
