Pilgrim’s is seeking an Onboarding Supervisor in Texas to lead the onboarding process for new hires from day one through the 60-day milestone. You will ensure safety policies are followed on the floor, track training hours, qualifications, attendance, and turnover, and drive effective onboarding activities.
