. The City of Nacogdoches is seeking a dedicated Streets & Fleet Manager to lead our teams. If you have a passion for infrastructure, strong supervisory experience and the drive to keep our city moving, we want to hear from you.
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of Streets and Vehicle Maintenance.
Supervise, mentor and build a strong safety-conscious team.
Oversee construction, maintenance and repair of streets, roads and storm drains.
Manage division budgets, resources and project planning.
What You BringExperience: A minimum of two (2) years in a public works-related supervisory position.
Expertise: Proven supervisory experience in street paving operations and drainage system installations.
Requirements: A High School diploma/GED and a valid Texas driver license, Texas CDL is preferred.
