The General Laborer (Part‑Time) plays a key support role within our Production Operations department, assisting with a variety of manual tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly and safely. Working under the direction of shift leads and supervisors, this position is responsible for handling materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting basic production activities as needed. This is an hourly, part‑time role ideal for someone who is reliable, comfortable with physical work, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Flexible scheduling may be available based on production needs and candidate availability.

• Perform general labor tasks to support daily production operations, including loading, unloading, and moving materials or products
• Assist machine operators and production staff by supplying materials, staging products, and performing simple support tasks as directed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, including sweeping, sorting, and disposing of debris or waste materials according to company procedures
• Follow all safety rules, guidelines, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements at all times
• Inspect materials and products for basic quality issues such as visible defects or damage, and report concerns to a supervisor
• Use basic hand tools, pallet jacks, or other non‑complex equipment after proper training
• Support the loading and unloading of trucks or pallets, including stacking, wrapping, and labeling as needed
• Assist with inventory organization, including counting, labeling, and restocking materials in designated areas
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors, leads, and senior team members to complete assigned tasks on time
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding task status, issues, or safety concerns
• Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and time‑keeping expectations for all scheduled part‑time shifts
• Perform other general labor or support duties within Production Operations as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required
• Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required; willing to train motivated candidates
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying materials regularly (often up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Willingness to work in a production, warehouse, or industrial environment that may involve varying temperatures, noise levels, and frequent movement
• Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English, including safety procedures and work assignments
• Strong reliability and work ethic, with the ability to arrive on time and consistently support scheduled part‑time shifts
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team under the direction of a supervisor
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, tasks, and production needs
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety and operational policies

The pay range for this role is: 15 - 20 USD per hour.
