Maintenance Helper

Job Summary

The Maintenance Helper position is an integral part of our production team at Owens Corning’s Nacogdoches facility. This role involves supporting production operations and assisting other maintenance team members with assigned tasks to ensure daily processes run smoothly and customers are satisfied.

1124 Bennett Clark Road, Nacogdoches, TX – Day Shift.

Hourly pay range: $17.60–$23.80 plus benefits. Base pay will vary within the range depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. • Support production operations and assist maintenance team members with assigned tasks.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

• Able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen; minimum age 18.
• Experience with: working safely and following plant rules; holding work in confined spaces or at elevations over 50 ft; communicating effectively; multitasking; using basic hand tools; working independently and as part of a team; reading a tape measure and performing basic math.
• Preferred: HS diploma or GED; at least one year of manufacturing experience; ability to use lifting equipment; forklift operation; good hand‑eye coordination.

• Perform repetitive movements – hand, arm, leg, bending, twisting, squatting; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds.
• Withstand exposure to temperature extremes, sounds, or noise levels.
• Handle production materials and finished goods.
