Key Responsibilities
- Operate routine production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications provided.
- Carry out routine activities that produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
- Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
- Maintain logs and records of units produced.
- Report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
- Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; perform basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Follow safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
- Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
- Fundamental understanding of production equipment or the ability to quickly learn it.
Pay range: $15.82 - $25.24 annually. Starting wage for new hires typically falls between $16.44 and $16.44. Offers may vary based on market data, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
