Eaton’s Power Systems division seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the CI function at the Nacogdoches, TX site. Relocation assistance is available; travel ~10%. You will champion ECIS, drive lean transformation, and partner with plant leadership to achieve cost-out and efficiency goals.
Lead a CI team, execute kaizen events, and advance the operating maturity with cross-functional collaboration while ensuring safety and regulatory alignment with company standards.
