The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. The RN is responsible to provide supervision of unlicensed personnel who may also be providing care for clients assigned to the RN. The RN, as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team, participates actively in continuous, unit‑based and hospital‑wide performance improvement processes within guidelines defined by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas and Tenet corporate standards of conduct and NMC policies and procedures.

RN license in the State of Texas

BLS, ACLS
Skills:
- Required certifications to be completed by 3 months of employment.
Nacogdoches Medical Center has been serving the East Texas community for nearly 50 years with a focus on caring for patients and a strong team environment.
