Position: Selling Lead - Full Time
Belk - 1234 Main Street USA Nacogdoches - Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of personal and store key metrics.;
Create memorable store experiences through building genuine team, customer, and community relationships.;
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service to enhance customer shopping experience.;
Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns with professionalism, promptness, and care.;
Lead store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives in designated areas by accurately and efficiently executing omni and operations processes, maintaining product protection standards, and adhering to safety guidelines and security protocols.
