You were born to be the boss. In this role you will lead a store shift, ensuring that all employees perform their duties effectively, maintain standards, and that customers receive excellent service.

• Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations, including cost control, inventory control, and cash control.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile, also handling phone orders with a friendly tone.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products in compliance with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, from the front of the house to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team, managing 3 to 30 staff members.
• Strong attitude and motivational skills to create a productive work environment.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Can serve as a role model for employees.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must be available nights and weekends.
