• Lead by example to create a friendly, organized, and mission-focused environment
• Support your Store Manager in meeting sales goals and completing store projects
• Train, coach, and motivate Retail Associates
• Help with merchandising, rotation pulls, and creating eye-catching displays
• Operate the register, handle cash, and assist customers with purchases and questions
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and well-stocked
• Help detect and prevent loss, while maintaining a positive atmosphere for all

• Interact with customers and donors from all walks of life
• Juggle multiple priorities while keeping your smile

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of retail or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A positive attitude and love for teamwork
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
