- Lead by example to create a friendly, organized, and mission-focused environment
- Support your Store Manager in meeting sales goals and completing store projects
- Train, coach, and motivate Retail Associates
- Help with merchandising, rotation pulls, and creating eye-catching displays
- Operate the register, handle cash, and assist customers with purchases and questions
- Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and well-stocked
- Help detect and prevent loss, while maintaining a positive atmosphere for all
- Stay active on your feet
- Interact with customers and donors from all walks of life
- Juggle multiple priorities while keeping your smile
- Celebrate small wins every day — because each sale supports local job seekers!
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of retail or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A positive attitude and love for teamwork
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
