First Cash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for its pawn store locations. You’ll greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with daily store operations while earning commission on productivity.
Pay ranges from $11.00 to $14.00 per hour with potential for up to 8% commission and earned wage access. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k opportunities. Stores operate 9am–6pm, some locations closed Sundays.
