Game Stop - 4604 North Street, Ste 140 - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests, assisting them with their video gaming needs;
Fully support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and actively contribute to all store sales initiatives;
Collaborate with the store team to ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and transferring products from the stock room to the front of the store;
Meet associate performance expectations, including attendance, professional dress, and grooming requirements; escalate guest issues to a store keyholder
