Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively perform all restoration & cleaning services the company offers including carpet, hard surface, air duct, exterior, and upholstery cleaning, water, fire, and smoke damage mitigation, board up and tarp over, etc.
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance
- Inspect completed work
- Complete technician’s daily log
- Complete Work Orders
- Complete appropriate restoration documentation
- Follow Rainbow uniform policy
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
- Maintain inventory of related supplies

Paid training & advancement opportunities available. Currently looking for someone who wants a long term career and is wanting to advance up the ladder relatively quickly.
Starting pay varies by experience between $12.00 -$15.00 per hour. (
Note:
Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as ability to perform water mitigation, fire and smoke damage, carpet cleaning, and other certifications are added.)
Daily schedule 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Some nights and weekends required when emergency water and fire damage jobs come in. Rotating on call calendar.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
RequirementsMust have valid driver's license, good driving record, and be able to pass in depth background and drug tests.
IICRC or RIA certifications a plus but not required.
