• Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment to maintain safety and operational standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Ensure the hotel premises are clean, safe, and well-organized at all times

• Experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
