Requirements
What You'll Do- Run residential service calls (diagnose, repair, maintain)
- Present options and solutions to homeowners
- Deliver a 5-star experience every time
- Work on heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
- Stay efficient, organized, and focused on results
- Residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Comfortable with performance-based pay and selling
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license
- Someone who wants to stay busy and make money
