Serve as the primary liaison between the Company and contract growers, ensuring strong communication and support;
Monitor flock health and husbandry practices, providing recommendations to improve bird welfare and performance;
Track, record, and analyze flock data, including mortality rates, feed consumption, and growth trends;
Maintain feed inventories and coordinate feed orders to ensure timely and accurate supply;
Ensure compliance with biosecurity and company protocols, conducting regular farm inspections and reporting issues
