The City of Nacogdoches is looking for a Sanitation Collection Driver.
Are you a skilled and safety-conscious truck driver looking for a vital role in your community? The City of Nacogdoches Public Works Department is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Collection Driver to join our team.
What You’ll Do- Operate commercial collection vehicles safely and efficiently
- Collect and transport solid waste and recyclables on assigned routes
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations
- Valid Class B driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Previous waste collection and heavy truck driving experience preferred
