About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Program Manager – BTL to build and scale our Below-the-Line (BTL) growth engine across multiple cities. This is an end-to-end program management role, combining on-ground execution, team leadership, funnel ownership, and data-driven decision making.
You will own BTL performance for 4–5 cities, work closely with city sales leaders, and be responsible for converting BTL efforts into tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. BTL Strategy & Lead Generation
- Identify, design, and pilot new BTL lead generation avenues (door-to-door, society activations, kiosks, partnerships, referrals, etc.)
- Build scalable playbooks for high-performing BTL activities and roll them out across cities
- Continuously experiment and optimize BTL channels for quality and cost efficiency
2. On-Ground Team Management
- Lead and manage on-ground BTL Executives and BTL Managers across assigned cities
- Drive daily productivity, discipline, and execution rigor on the ground
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, pitch quality, and customer engagement standards
3. Funnel Ownership (End-to-End)
- Own the entire BTL funnel:
Lead Generation → Sales Meeting → Order Conversion
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and fast movement across funnel stages
- Identify and fix leakage points to improve conversion and turnaround times
4. Data, Analysis & Insights
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly BTL performance metrics across cities
- Perform basic to intermediate Excel-based analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities
- Convert data insights into actionable on-ground interventions
5. Program Management & Scaling
- Act as the single point of ownership for BTL performance in assigned regions
- Drive alignment between BTL, sales, and city leadership teams
- Build systems, trackers, and review mechanisms to scale BTL as a predictable growth channel
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1.5–2 years of work experience
- Prior experience in operations, growth, or program management roles is preferred
- Strong comfort with execution-heavy, on-ground roles
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ownership mindset with comfort in ambiguity
- Hands-on experience or strong inclination towards on-ground team management
- Solid Excel skills (data crunching, basic analysis, funnel tracking)
- Ability to balance strategy and execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel and work closely with field teams
