Assist in day-to-day chemical manufacturing and synthesis operations
Support R&D activities including process development and optimization
Conduct laboratory experiments under supervision and maintain proper documentation
Assist in quality control testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products
Help in preparing batch records, SOPs, and technical reports
Follow safety, health, and environmental (SHE) guidelines strictly
