- ✅ Manage bookkeeping and day-to-day financial transactions
- ✅ Prepare and send client invoices accurately and on time
- ✅ Handle accounts payable and vendor payments
- ✅ Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth financial operations
- ✔ Rock solid experience working with Quickbooks Online
- ✔ Proficient computer skills (Mac competency is a bonus!)
- ✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
💻 Approximately 15 hours per week
