Position Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and wants to grow with a company that values both performance and people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support monthly close processes, including journal entries and period-end reconciliations.
  • Reconcile key balance sheet accounts (e.g., cash, credit cards, bank accounts) monthly.
  • Assist with treasury functions: bank uploads, account setups, daily entries, and check tracking.
  • Prepare internal financial reports and assist with audits and compliance.
  • Collaborate on special projects and process improvements.
  • Perform other accounting duties as needed.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience (co-op or ag industry experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and reconciliation best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
